Order and terms of delivery
When you want to buy a picture you can sent us a message to ask if the picture is still available and we’ll answer you as fast as possible. If the picture is available you can order it through the shop.
Then the information of the times for delivery will follow.

Please indicate especially if you wish personal advice. We will contact you by telephone.

The delivery takes place after the receipt of the payment.
All statements about products, product qualities and prices are subject to change.

Prices and terms of payment
All quoted prices are gross prices including the legal value-added tax.
The buyer don’t have pays the shipping fees for deliveries in Austria.
For deliveries in abroad , we send you the information for shipping fees after asking for availability

Returns must be posted exclusively as insured shipping and in the original wrapping, the customer bears the costs of the return.
Uninsured deliveries are not assumed.

No liability is taken on loss of uninsured items, the customer bears all shipping risks.

Terms of payment
We ask for payment per cash before delivery.
As soon as we receive the payment, we will proceed the delivery.

Refunds
You can return the item within 7 days* without any statement of reasons.
In case of withdrawal, the customer must bear the immediate costs of the return shipping **.

*Only if the customer is consumer in the sense of the consumer protection law (B2C), he has the right to return the items within 7 working days (Saturday is not regarded as a working day in this case) after their receipt.
B2B customers are excluded from this right.

**Because of the particular valence of the items, returns must be realized exclusively as insured shipping, e.g. insured parcel.
As soon as the items arrive unscathed as an insured parcel, you will be immediately refund with the purchase price.
Uninsured delivered returns are not assumed.

Data protection
Only for the order control necessary data, such as date of order and date of delivery, are being stored.
All personal information is treated confidentially. Your provided data, which is necessary for the transaction, is registered electronically. The data required for the order handling is passed to the service partners (suppliers and logistic businesses). The size of the provided data is restricted to the necessary minimum.

Copyright
It is forbidden to copy the works and pictures presented on the website or to use them for any kind of further procession.

Vienna is the legal domicile,
except if the customer right provisions have nothing to be said against that .
Austrian right is expressly used in the B2B area, excluding the UN-purchase right. In accordance, the guarantee right is limited to 6 months.
